About Us

Cornell University Synchronized Skating Club is a university-sponsored sports club that participates in the Open Collegiate Division under the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA). Through this team-based discipline, our members demonstrate both the athleticism and artistry required in figure skating, doing so in a warm and encouraging environment.

Our skaters have a great time hanging out together, both inside and outside of the rink. Teams usually consist of 12-20 skaters, depending on competition/show availability. Whether you’ve competed in national synchro competitions or it’s your first time skating synchro, all are welcome to join. All you need is a pair of skates!

Practice @ Lynah Rink

Our practices (off-ice and on-ice) are usually held once a week on-campus at Cornell’s Lynah Rink! These practices usually consist of drills, choreography, and creative elements, and are run by the captains or choreographers.
